Terms of Use

Secrets of Leonida (“we”, “the platform”) is a free, non-commercial community website for documenting discoveries in GTA VI, run by Velyra Digital. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines. Questions about these terms can go to contact@velyradigital.com.

Who can use the site

Anyone can browse without an account. To contribute you must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live, whichever is higher.

Guest identities and accounts

When you first contribute we create an anonymous identity on your device so your discoveries, confirmations, and reputation are attributed consistently. You can later upgrade it to a permanent account without losing that history. You are responsible for activity from your identity and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the text, screenshots, and clips you share.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for example resizing images), and distribute your content on the platform and in connection with it, for as long as it remains on the site and as needed to keep the community record intact.
• You confirm you have the right to share what you upload. Only share captures you made yourself, or that you have permission to share.
• Discoveries become part of a shared community record. If you delete your account, your contributions may remain, credited to “Former Explorer”.

Verification and credit

Verification status, first-discovery credit, reputation, trust, and badges are determined by community activity and moderation. They are not guarantees of accuracy, have no monetary value, and may change — for example when duplicates are merged or content is found to be false.

What is not allowed

• Fabricated discoveries, manipulated evidence, or coordinated voting.
• Creating multiple identities to influence verification, reports, or credit.
• Harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, or threats.
• Malware, phishing, spam, or links to pirated or leaked material.
• Scraping or automated access that degrades the service, or attempts to bypass security measures and rate limits.

Moderation

We may hide, remove, or edit content, merge duplicates, adjust attribution with a logged reason, and warn, restrict, suspend, or ban identities that break these terms. Community reports can temporarily hide content pending review. You can appeal through the contact page.

Donations

You can support the project with a voluntary donation through the donation platforms we link to. A donation is a gift toward running the site: it doesn't buy goods, services, features, or any advantage on the platform. Payments are processed by the donation platform under its own terms.

Unofficial project

Secrets of Leonida is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Game names, locations, and related trademarks belong to their owners and are referenced only to describe the game.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information is contributed by players and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
